Sugar N Spice Coffee Bar launched in July 2024 with one mission: give South Florida events a coffee experience that actually matches the occasion. Not a catering afterthought. A real specialty café — pulled shots, steamed milk, and drinks made with the same care you'd find at the best independent coffee bar in Wynwood or Brickell.
Before starting S+S, I spent years studying the craft of specialty coffee — enough to know what separates a forgettable cup from one your guests are still talking about the next morning. That knowledge led to a feature on the Map It Forward podcast, where I discussed what it takes to build a people-first mobile coffee business in Miami.
What I'm proudest of isn't the La Marzocco espresso machine or our locally-sourced beans — it's the house-made syrups. Every flavor is developed, tested, and made fresh in-house. They rotate seasonally. You won't taste them at any other coffee cart catering service in South Florida.
Since 2024, S+S has served 50+ events across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County — weddings at Miami venues, corporate gatherings, Zoo Miami events, brand activations, and private celebrations. Every single one got the same thing: full attention, specialty-grade coffee, and a mobile espresso bar setup that makes guests stop and ask, "wait, who is this?"
