Bihelca’s passion for coffee deepened while living in New York City, where she worked in specialty coffee, trained with some of the industry’s best, and learned firsthand from roasters about the craft behind every cup.
She founded S+S Coffee Bar in July 2024 to bring that same artisanal coffee experience to South Florida events. Using La Marzocco—the gold standard in commercial espresso equipment—she combines exceptional ingredients, house-made syrups, and close attention to every detail to create coffee that rivals the best specialty cafés. From setup to the final pour, Bihelca makes the entire experience seamless for hosts and memorable for their guests.
